Discovery and Solution
In discovering the requirements for an ideal Fintech Platform, we collaborated closely with the Healthserv team. Through ongoing communication , user research and problem-solving, our joint effort aimed to understand their vision and core principles. Our team also did a detailed research on healthcare industry and taking interviews with pharmacist and hospital doctors to solve the problem. It became evident that the team aimed to position Healthserv as a best healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution platform that replaces traditional methods with online automated modules. The app was thoughtfully crafted with three main integrations of Inventory management, order management and fleet management
To make Healthserv platform accessible to everyone easily, we built a cross-platform mobile application. As most of the clients will able to order medical products easily with no hiccups.
