Overview

We are helping our client build the future of voice-first note taking with Vaani. This is an in-progress project. Vaani is an AI-powered voice tool that turns what you say into clean, structured notes in about ninety seconds. Clip it on, speak naturally in any of 22+ Indian languages, and get organised notes on your phone, no typing required.

The Challenge

Capturing thoughts is still slower than having them. People lose ideas, tasks, and the substance of conversations simply because writing them down interrupts the moment. Existing dictation tools stumble on Indian languages, produce raw unstructured transcripts, and force you back to a keyboard to make sense of the output. The goal for Vaani is to remove that friction entirely: speak naturally, in your own language, and get something structured and useful back, fast enough that it never breaks your flow.

Our Approach

• Speak, do not type. Vaani is built around natural speech as the primary input, so capturing a thought is as fast as saying it.
• Multilingual by design. We are building for 22+ Indian languages, so people can speak the way they actually think and talk.
• Structure, not just transcription. The system turns free-flowing speech into clean, organised notes, ideas, tasks, and conversations, rather than a wall of raw text.
• Fast and effortless. The target is a structured note in around ninety seconds, designed for speed and simplicity so it fits into everyday life.
