How do you handle student data privacy and accessibility compliance?
Education software carries real obligations. We build to India’s DPDP Act for student and minor data, covering consent, data minimisation and retention, and to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility so learners using screen readers or keyboard navigation are not locked out. That is a legal and ethical baseline under the RPwD Act, and increasingly a procurement requirement for institutions. Accessibility and data protection are designed in from the first sprint, not retrofitted.
