Responsibilities:
1. Brainstorming and executing content for social media, blogs, and emails
2. Helping with campaign planning and performance tracking
3. Assisting in market research, competitor analysis, and brand positioning
4. Supporting paid marketing and SEO efforts (don't worry, we’ll guide you)
5. Creating memes (yes, it’s actually part of the job)
6. Learning, testing, failing, improving — the usual growth loop
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills — memes, puns, and grammar all count
2. Strong interest in digital marketing, content, and brand-building
3. Bonus if you know your way around Canva, Notion, Google Ads, or ChatGPT 😉
4. Willingness to learn, unlearn, and occasionally re-learn
5. A good sense of humor — because marketing without personality is just noise
Hiring Process:
Step 1: Fill the Form
We’ll ask a few things — no 20-page resumes or cover letters needed. Just enough to know you’re not a robot.
Step 2: Shortlisted? You’ll Get a Task
A small, fun assignment to see how you think and write. If you can’t enjoy it a little, marketing might not be your thing.
Step 3: Interview (Don’t Panic)
One casual conversation with a human from our team. We’ll talk about ideas, interests, and why memes matter.
Step 4: Final Call
If the vibes align, we’ll make you an offer. If not, we’ll at least part ways with mutual respect and probably a good pun.
