Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
2. Conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience
3. Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing
4. Assist with creating and maintaining design style guides
5. Contribute to the design process and bring fresh ideas to the table
Requirements:
1. Enrolled in a UI/UX design program or have relevant coursework
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar tools
3. Interest in design and portfolio showcasing design work
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

2. Design Task
A short, fun task to see how you think and design. Nothing too crazy – we promise not to ask you to redesign Instagram or fix Spotify’s shuffle button.
3. Interview (30-45 mins)
Casual conversation with our design team. We’ll chat about your design decisions, process, tools you love, and whether Comic Sans hurts your soul (it should).
