Get on Global: An AI-Driven Hiring Platform

Overview

Get on Global (GOG) is an AI-driven hiring platform that automates the recruitment process from start to finish. We built it to connect Indian tech professionals with verified employers through automated shortlisting, AI-driven interviews, and instant applications, so hiring becomes fast, fair, and data-driven rather than slow, manual, and biased. The Challenge

Traditional hiring is slow and repetitive. Recruiters spend hours screening resumes, scheduling calls, and evaluating assignments, and much of that effort is lost to manual coordination and inconsistent judgement. Candidates, meanwhile, apply into a void and rarely hear back. The client wanted to remove that friction on both sides: give employers a way to shortlist and interview at scale without the manual overhead, and give candidates a profile-first experience where the right roles come to them.

Our Approach

• End-to-end automation. We automated the pipeline from resume screening and assignment evaluation through to interview scheduling, so the repetitive work disappears and the process moves at software speed.
• AI-driven interviews. We built real-time, AI-conducted interviews that assess candidates consistently, removing the scheduling bottleneck and reducing bias in early screening.
• Profile-first matching. Candidates create one profile and receive interview invitations matched to their skills, rather than mass-applying to hundreds of listings.
• Verified employers. Roles come from verified employers, so candidates spend their time on real, relevant opportunities.
• Product-grade experience. We designed and built the platform as a fast, accessible product, with a clean job-exploration experience and a hiring flow that scales.
