AI document processing that reads your paperwork, accurately.
Intelligent document processing (IDP) built for your documents: invoices, KYC files, claims, contracts, bills of lading and forms, in any layout. It extracts, validates and posts the data to your ERP, CRM or core system, and routes only the exceptions to a person.

A day with your Intelligent Document Processing
No dashboards to learn. This is what you and your customers would actually see on an ordinary day. The details are illustrative; the pattern is the point.
- 07:30Documents arrive overnight
- 07:31Classified and read, whatever the layout
- 07:34Validated and posted
- 07:35It asked a person
- 18:30Your evening summary
Each file identified (invoice, statement, ID, form), the fields extracted, and the handwritten forms read with confidence scores.
48 invoices matched to purchase orders and posted to the ERP; 11 KYC files cross-checked (name, address, dates) and written to onboarding.
Two invoices did not match their POs and two statements were unreadable scans. Sent to Meera with the documents side by side and the reason.
214 documents processed today, 97% straight through, 7 exceptions handled by people, 0 re-typed by hand. Every field traceable to the page it came from.
What changes for you
How it fits into your day, in plain words
It watches where the work comes in
Your inbox, WhatsApp, website forms, phone line or shared folders: wherever the requests arrive today, the agent is connected to it.
It does the routine part itself
Answers, books, posts, chases and logs, using your own information and the systems you already use. No new software for your team to learn.
It asks you only when it needs you
Anything sensitive, unusual or above a limit you set waits for a person. You get a short summary of what it did, every day.
When you need intelligent document processing
If people in your business read documents and type what they find into a system, that is the work IDP removes. These are the situations where it pays for itself, and what we build for each.
Finance & accounts payable
Invoices keyed in by hand
Hundreds of vendor invoices a month, in different layouts, typed into the ERP and matched to POs by a team.
Extraction, three-way matching and posting to your ERP, with GST and tolerance checks, and only mismatches sent to a person.
Banking, NBFC & fintech
KYC and onboarding files
Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements and address proofs are checked and re-entered manually, and onboarding takes days.
Classification and extraction of KYC documents, consistency checks across them, and the data written to your onboarding system in minutes.
Insurance
Claims that arrive as a pile of attachments
Claim forms, bills, reports and photos are sorted and read by adjusters before any decision can start.
Documents classified and extracted on arrival, claim data assembled and validated against the policy, flags raised for what looks wrong.
Logistics & trade
Bills of lading, PODs and customs paperwork
Shipment documents arrive by email and WhatsApp in every format and are re-typed into the TMS.
Extraction from shipping documents, matched to the shipment, posted to your system, with exceptions routed to operations.
What intelligent document processing does, day to day.
Not OCR with rules. A model that reads your documents the way a trained clerk does, checks them, posts them and knows when to ask.
- Reads any layout: PDFs, scans, photos, handwriting
- Validates against your rules and your other systems
- Posts straight to ERP, CRM or core systems
- Routes only exceptions, with the reason
- Full audit trail: every field traceable to the page
Classify on arrival
Recognises what each document is (invoice, ID, statement, claim form, contract) from email, scans, portals and folders.
Extract the fields
Pulls the data you need from any layout, including tables, stamps and handwriting, with a confidence score per field.
Validate and cross-check
Checks totals, dates, GST and IDs, matches invoices to POs and KYC documents to each other, against your rules.
Post to your systems
Writes the validated data to your ERP, CRM, LOS or core system through APIs or connectors.
Route exceptions
Anything low-confidence, mismatched or unusual goes to a person with the document and the reason, not a blank queue.
Learn from corrections
Every human correction feeds back, so accuracy on your documents keeps improving after launch.
How we build and deploy it
- 01Document auditWe sample your real documents, layouts and volumes and define the fields and the validation rules.
- 02Build and trainModels tuned on your formats, with extraction, validation and matching logic, tested on your historical files.
- 03IntegrateInbound channels in, your ERP, CRM or core system out, with an exception queue your team already uses.
- 04Run alongside, then aloneIt runs in parallel with your team until accuracy is proven, then straight-through with monitoring.
Governed by design
It runs the routine autonomously. You keep control of the rest, by design, not by hope.
- Scoped read/write access per system, with approvals on sensitive actions
- Grounded on your approved content, so it escalates instead of guessing
- Every action logged and reviewable; you see exactly what it did
- Permission-aware answers that respect who can see what
- Deployed in your cloud or on-premise for data residency
- Full model, code and IP ownership, no lock-in

Intelligent Document Processing: common questions
How is intelligent document processing different from OCR?
OCR turns an image into text; it does not know which text is the invoice total or whether it matches the purchase order. IDP uses models that understand the document: they classify it, extract the fields you need from any layout, validate them against your rules and systems, and post the result, asking a person only for exceptions.
What accuracy can we expect, and what about handwriting?
On clean printed documents, field-level accuracy above 95% is typical once tuned on your formats, with the remainder routed as exceptions rather than posted wrong. Handwriting and poor scans get lower confidence scores and are flagged for review; accuracy improves as corrections feed back.
Which documents and formats does it handle?
Invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bank statements, KYC and identity documents, insurance claims and reports, contracts, shipping and customs paperwork, and forms, as PDFs, scans, photos and email attachments, in English and Indian languages.
Does our data leave our environment?
No. It can run in your cloud or on-premise, so documents and extracted data stay where your residency and compliance rules require, with an audit trail for every field.
What systems does it post to?
ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Tally and Odoo, CRMs, loan origination and core banking systems, claims platforms and TMS, through APIs or secure connectors. If a system has no API, we work with exports and RPA.
How much does intelligent document processing cost?
A focused IDP system for one document type and one destination starts at a few lakh; multi-document, multi-system programmes are more and ship in phases. Volume matters less than variety and integration depth. We give a fixed estimate after reviewing sample documents.
Who owns it at the end?
You do. The agent, the integrations and the data stay in your environment and under your control, with no lock-in to a SaaS seat. We build it, govern it and hand it over.
